Cancellation, Refund & Order Modification Policy
At Lee Danielle Dessert Studio, every order is thoughtfully prepared and freshly baked for your scheduled pickup. Because our cookies are made to order, we kindly ask that cancellation and modification requests follow the guidelines below.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders of 1–2 dozen cookies
Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
Orders of 3–4 dozen cookies
Cancellations requested at least 96 hours (4 days) before scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
Custom orders of 5 or more dozen
Cancellation and refund terms will be provided as part of your individual order agreement.
Requests received after the applicable cancellation deadline are generally nonrefundable because ingredients, scheduling, and production preparations may already be committed.
If Lee Danielle Dessert Studio must cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Order Modifications
Orders of 1–2 dozen cookies
Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before scheduled pickup.
Orders of 3–4 dozen cookies
Changes must be requested at least 96 hours (4 days) before scheduled pickup.
Custom orders of 5 or more dozen
Modification terms are agreed upon individually as part of your order agreement.
Requests received after the applicable deadline may be considered at the owner's sole discretion, provided production has not begun and the requested change is feasible. Late changes are not guaranteed.
All changes require confirmation from Lee Danielle Dessert Studio and are subject to availability. Any additional charges or refunds resulting from an approved change will be handled appropriately.
How to Request a Cancellation or Change
Please contact Lee Danielle Dessert Studio directly and include your name, order number, and scheduled pickup date.
Submitting a request does not automatically cancel or modify your order. We will review your request and confirm any approved changes.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
